Tubby’s Taste is a vegan dessert company based in Chicago, Illinois. Danielle, the founder, was looking to create a brand that could represent her love for baking and her passion for bringing people together.
I was able to create a logo that represented the unity of two distinct groups coming together (“vegans and non-vegans alike”) by intertwining the name, using two different fonts, and color. I went on to create simple icons to represent the imperfectly perfect beauty of homemade cookies and the process of baking, with a color palette that hints at her Caribbean roots.
